01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the VIP App platform — including the website at vip-app.app, the VIP App mobile application, and any related services — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and VIP App.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use VIP App. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. 02 Eligibility

To use VIP App and create an account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of VIP App services, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. VIP App relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you about your account.

• Each person may hold only one VIP App account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.

• You must notify VIP App immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• VIP App is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

04 Deposits & Payments

VIP App accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits — where the payment account is registered to someone other than the VIP App account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the VIP App deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your VIP App account in real time in most cases. Delays caused by payment processors are outside VIP App's control.
• VIP App does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• VIP App uses encrypted payment processing. Your financial details are never stored on VIP App servers in plain text.

05 Withdrawals

VIP App processes withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawals are typically completed within three minutes for standard amounts. Larger withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks before processing.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by VIP App support.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

VIP App offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out here. By claiming any bonus on VIP App, you agree to the applicable terms.

• The welcome bonus is available to new VIP App members on their first deposit only. It carries a 20× wagering requirement on the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the promotional period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
• VIP App reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith or in violation of these terms.

07 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed on VIP App, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless VIP App determines that the bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or manifest odds error.
• VIP App reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a pricing error. Affected players will be notified and their stake returned.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, VIP App's decision is final, subject to the formal complaints process described in these Terms and Conditions.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on VIP App. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable.

• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting differences in odds across platforms.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with VIP App in any way.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false information, or coordinating with other players to exploit VIP App promotions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge of a predetermined outcome.
• Money laundering: Using VIP App to process funds derived from illegal activity. VIP App complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits made to VIP App. Accounts associated with chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.

12 Limitation of Liability

13 Account Suspension & Closure

VIP App reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any prohibited activity as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, VIP App reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your VIP App account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you.

14 Amendments to These Terms
